help i need to learn how to dance badly!?
for my play in drama, im doing a dance where im supposed to dance horribly! any ideas or moves?
When you are a trained dancer, it is hard to dance poorly, but a great way to start is to put your shoes on the wrong feet. sounds stupid, but it makes you hurt slightly, and gives you back the awkwardness needed.
Another idea is to place two different shoes with two different heel styles and heights on, it is simple, cheap, and will give you an easy way to move and dance but harder.
Last, look over the videos by comedy artists and slapstick.

You could either dance/stumble thru it, or combine a bunch of silly moves from different decades(60’s, 70’s 80’s…) and/or styles (ballroom, ballet, hip-hop, rap…). Just depends on the play and on what you mean by "horrible". Like horrible but funny/stupid or horrible, you just can’t dance.
